Biography:
On October 6, 1961, Jacqueline Marie Manley-Mack was born to Elder Manley Sr and Louvenia Manley (deceased) from this union four kids were born Jaqueline, John Manley, Inger Manley (deceased), and Elder Manley Jr.
She attended school in Houston, Texas, and graduated from Phyllis Wheatley High School. Early in life, she began a career with the City of Houston, where she worked for several years until she decided to pursue new employment with Burlington Northern Inc. From there, she became a successful truck driver, both locally and over the road, until her illness. She then began employment at Coach USA, where she eventually retired.
Jacqueline was very vocal about politics; she was outspoken and served as a voice for those who couldn’t speak for themselves. She was strong-minded and not one to back down easily. Those who knew her were well aware of her determination.
She was incredibly proud of her kids and grandkids, whom she loved deeply. When it came to family, she was the perfect example of devotion. Jackie cherished every holiday gathering, always ready to have a wonderful time and enjoy the company of her loved ones. These moments were among the most valuable to her. She also had a passion for taking pictures, leaving behind countless cherished memories that we will always treasure.
She leaves to carry on her legacy her husband, Jeffery Mack; her father, Elder Manley Sr.; and her children, Kahara Mabin (Cedrick Mabin Sr.), Michael Manley, and Sade Ellis (Mike Ellis). She is also survived by her two brothers, John Manley and Elder Manley Jr.; her grandchildren, De’Montrayon Rosemond, JaCoby Manley, Sergio Adams Jr., Mehki Manley, Kamyiah Manley, Cedrick Mabin Jr., Jordan Adams, Nylah Manley, and Zacariah Manley; as well as two great-grandsons, Josiah Manley and Azarye Manley. Additionally, she leaves behind her special goddaughter, Raveen S. Williams; and a host of siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who loved her dearly.
May she rest in peace. We will miss her presence here on earth, but God loved her more and welcomed her with open arms. Her new, heavenly assignment is to be our sweet guardian angel.
