Dear Dora Estrada (my adoptive beloved mom) I miss you so much. When I travel to Texas I will stop by and visit your grave to let you know how much you are loved and missed dearly. You brought so much love into all of our lives. You helped me when I was told to quit my job of (21) years due to harassment at work. You helped us when David was laid off and unemployed shortly after. You have always been an angel to us. You even went to school to learn how to speak English to me. I’m not even sure how to begin to repay you for everything you did for us. Just know that David and I (Suzette) love you to the moon and back and we always enjoyed the time we would spend with you on our visit. I would always tell David that I needed to see mom before going back to Iowa. David would bring me by nonstop until we would catch you at home. David managed to capture the love that the tree of us have for each other in a photo. Mom I will treasure that photo for life. You mean the world to me. Please take care of David Jr, and all of my other family member’s I’ve lost recently. I’m also missing your cooking. You were one of the best cooks ever and could cook food for your entire family in less than (30) minutes. I used to watch you do that and still can’t see how you would do that. But just know we loved everything you would cook especially your churro beans which are David’s favorite. Losing you after losing our son David Douglas, Jr., and after losing my cousin Gerald Jerry Boyd Bailey is devastating to me. I have lost (13) relatives, it’s extremely hard for me right now. But I’m hanging in there to be able to see my grandkid again. My relatives I’ve lost are you (Dora Estrada), David Jr.,(Our beloved son) Sandy Gay Bailey (My baby sister), Mary Gulley(My sister’s mother in law), William Gulley (my nephew), Jewel Walton (My favorite sister), Jasper Walton (My nephew of my favorite sister), Jr., Lawrence Bailey (My favorite brother), Lashaunda Bailey (My favorite brothers daughter/my niece), Charles Wesley Bailey(My uncle)., Mable Bailey (My Aunt Mable), Gerald Jerry Boyd Bailey (My cousin), Jeffery Douglas(My nephew).
